Item واقع تطبيق الادارة الاستراتيجيه بمدارس الموهوبين اساس وثانوي بولايه الخرطوم(جامعة النيلين, 2021-06) الحسين احمد عثمانالملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الإدارة الإستراتيجية للموهوبين مدارس ولاية الخرطوم. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بحيث يليق بموضوع الدراسة كما استخدم الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات اللازمة. ال يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس والمعلمين على حد سواء طلاب وطالبات في مدارس الموهوبين الأساسية والثانوية بالخرطوم الدولة ، للمدرسة ٢٠٢٠ _ ٢٠٢١ كانوا ١٥٩ مديرًا و معلمين تكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٠٠) مدير مدرسة و معلمون . أثبتت البيانات التي تم تحليلها صحة وموثوقية تم استخدام برنامج spss لتحليل البيانات من خلال تطبيق معامل الشخص توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: ١ _ تنفيذ الإدارة الإستراتيجية من قبل مدراء الموهوبين المدارس الأساسية - الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم وجاءت في الوسط مستوى الأداء. ٢_ تنفيذ الإدارة الإستراتيجية من قبل مدراء الموهوبين المدارس (أساسي - ثانوي) بولاية الخرطوم جاءت أعلى مستوى الأداء .. ٣_ رؤساء مدارس الموهوبين (أساسي - ثانوي) بالخرطوم الدولة ، واجهت عقبات في الأعمال الإدارية في المستوى المتوسط. . ٤_ المدراء في مدارس الموهوبين (أساسي - ثانوي) بالخرطوم الدولة ، واجهت عقبات في الأعمال الفنية الفنية في المستوى الأعلى. ٥- كانت هناك بعض الفروق مع العد عند مستوى التعلم (٠.٠٥) بين متوسط تصنيف مديري المدارس المنسوب إلى نوع المدرسة الثانوية. في ضوء نتائج هذه الدراسة يقترح الباحث ذلك مجموعة الثناء: ١_ نشر ثقافة الإدارة الإستراتيجية ومن المهم التأكيد عليها الشهرة والمفاهيم والمصطلحات وطرق التطبيق .. ٢_من المهم استمالة مديري المدارس الموهوبة بالخرطوم الدولة ، للعمل بشكل جيد للغاية في دراسات الإدارة المستقبلية. يثلج الصدر المقايسات الإبداعية. ٣_ من المهم تفعيل استخدام الحاسب في جميع العمليات الاستراتيجية إدارة ٤_ أهمية تبني الهيئة الوطنية لرعاية الموهوبين استراتيجية برامج الإدارة ، وإجراء مراجعة عامة للأهداف الاستراتيجية ، الرسالة الإستراتيجية ، الفطنة الإستراتيجية ، التحليل الإستراتيجي ، ووضع كل هذا فيه خطط واضحة ومعلنة تدفع جميع العمال للعمل الجماعي Abstract This study aimed to know the reality of the strategic management in gifted schools in Khartoum state . The researcher used descriptive approach ,it befits the subject of study .He also used the questionnaire to collect the necessary informations . the population of the study , consisted of all head teachers and teachers both male and female in gifted schools basic and secondary in Khartoum state , for the scholastic ٢٠٢٠ _ ٢٠٢١ They were ١٥٩ head teachers and teachers , the sample of the study consisted of(١٠٠) head teachers and teachers . The analyzed data proved the validity and the reliability of the tool spss program was used to analyze data by applying person coefficient The study reached the following findings : ١ _ the implementing of strategic management by head teachers in gifted schools basic – secondary in Khartoum state , it came in middle performance level. ٢_ the implementing of strategic management by head teachers in gifted schools (basic – secondary) in Khartoum state , it came in higher performance level .. ٣_ The head teachers in gifted schools (basic – secondary) in Khartoum state , faced obstacles in management chores in middle level. . ٤_ The head teachers in gifted schools (basic – secondary) in Khartoum state , faced obstacles in technical artistry chores in higher level. ٥ -There were some variances with count at cluing level(٠.٠٥), among average rating of head teachers ascribable to the secondary type of school . In spotlight of results of this study , the researcher suggests this commending collection : ١_ deploy culture of strategic management ,and it is important to assert on it is prominence , concepts, terminologys, and the applying methods .. ٢_It is important to wooing the head teachers in gifted schools in Khartoum state , to work very well in the future management studys. To heartening the creative assays. ٣_ It is important to actualize using of computer in all operations of strategic management ٤_ It is important for the national corps for caring gifted espouse strategic management programs , and make general revision to strategic aims , strategic message, Strategic discern, strategic analyze ,and put all this in clear and advertised plans ,which upprop all the workers to do as team work
