    دور الإدارة المدرسية في غرس القيم الدينية لدي طالبات المدارس الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم 2011 - 2012م

    المستخلص تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على دور الادارة المدرسية فى غرس القيم الدينية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم وهو مجتمع الدراسة الذي يتكون من (748) معلمة ومعلم اداري وكانت العينة هيئة التدريس بمدارس محلية جبل أولياء الحكومية الثانوية بنات ممثلين فى (100) معلم ومعلمة (25) مدير و(75) معلم وإتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وأداتها الاستبانة لكل من المديرين والمعلمات وعولجت نتائج الاستبانة ببرنامج SPss الاحصائي وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة : 1- الادارة المدرسية تعمل على غرس القيم الدينية كموجهات للسلوك الايجابي . 2- القيم الدينية تعمل على تنقية العقيدة الصحيحة للطالبات . 3- اهداف الادارة المدرسية واضحة ومحددة . وكانت اهم التوصيات : 1- على وزارة التربية والتعليم العام الاهتمام أكثر بتدريب المديرين والوكلاء قبل وأثناء تكليفهم بالمهام الادارية . 2- دعم المكتبة المدرسية الموجهة مادياً وفنياً لاهميتها فى غرس القيم الدينية . 3- تنظيم دورات تدريبية لهيئة التدريس عن الأهداف التربوية الحديثة . ABSTRACT The objective of the research is to study the role of school adminstration on instilling the religious values of girl’s students at the secondary schools of Khartoum state. The study population is 748 admintrative teachers teachers.The sample of the research is 100 admintrative teachers of school staff of Gabal Awlia locality state girl’s schools. The study adopted the desccriptive research method,and used the questioniure to collect data from school-master,teachers and students.The package for social sciences(spss)was applied to analyse the data.The most important of the research are: 1. School admistration work to instill religious as direction of positive be beviour. 2. Reliqous values purify the right craeds and defined. 3. The most important recommendations of the research are: 1. The ministry of Gencral Education should pay moic attention to the trarinig of headmaster and deputies before and after jos assignment. 2. Technical and financial support of quich School libaray due. 3. Organize Trining coarses for School staff on modern eduztional objectives.
