    Assessment of Serum Lipid Profile and Serum aminotransferases Enzyme Activity in Sudanese Female Patients with Acne Valugaris under Treatment of Isotretonin

    Abstract Background Severe acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory condition of the pilosebaceous treated with Isotretinoin this day, has effect on liver enzymes and lipid profile. Aim The study aim was to evaluate the level of serum lipid and aminotransferase in Sudanese female patient with acne vulgaris under treatment of isoterationin in Khartoum state. Material and method This study was conducted in Khartoum state hospitals during the period from February to July, 2019. In this study 120 blood samples were taken from each patient suffers of severe acne vulgaris. The liver enzymes and lipid profiles were estimated using spectrophotometer method. Result There was a significant (P=0.000) increased of serum aminotransferase and lipid profile level except high density lipoprotein which significantly (P=0.000) decreased in Severe acne vulgaris patient under Isotretinoin therapy. Conclusions This study conclude that, there is association between serum aminotransferase and lipid levels among acne valugaris under treatment with isotretonin. المستخلص الخلفية حب الشباب الشائع الحاد هو حالة التهابية في الغدد الدهنية تتم معالجته بالإيزوتريتينوين هذه الايام ، ذو التأثير على أنزيمات الكبد وشكل الدهون. الهدف تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الإيزوتريتينوين كعلاج لمرضى حب الشباب الحاد الشائع وأثره على إنزيمات الكبد والدهون. المادة والطريقة أجريت هذه الدراسة في مستشفيات ولاية الخرطوم خلال الفترة من فبراير إلى يوليو 2019. في هذه الدراسة ، تم أخذ 120 عينة دم من كل مريض يعاني من حب الشباب الشديد الشائع. تم تقدير إنزيمات الكبد والدهون باستخدام طريقة الطيف الضوئي. النتيجة كان هناك زيادة ملحوظة (P = 0.000) من مستوى الأمينات للناقلات الشحمية والدهون فى الشهر الثانى والثالث باستثناء البروتينات الدهنية عالية الكثافة التي انخفضت بشكل ملحوظ (P = 0.000) لدى مريض حب الشباب الحاد تحت العلاج بالإيزوتريتينوين. الاستنتاجات خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة بين الأمينات للناقلات الشحمية والدهون في مرضى حب الشباب الحاد تحت علاج بالإيزوتريتونين.
