Abstract

ABSTRACT The "studies which Researcher have held, would be among the decision making process on the educational and learning. The goals of the researches be on the following:— l)Studying of how to take the managerial decisions on ministry of education to stand beside and close with scientific bases to take the managerial decisions. 2)Studying' the qualities that execute the managerial decisions to set by the effectiveness of execution and range of misguiding. 3)Studying the effect that held in taking decisions during the period (1944) to (1999) on the federal and state level. The curriculum that used in solving the research, problem, the research has used the abstract and inductive method. We have come to conclusion. That the administration, there is no co-ordination by it and schools headmasters, it_ was considered the authority that executes this decisions, although the ministry keeps an information system that enables it to procer a procedure for this co-ordination. The range and percentage that the studies covered from April 2000 till April 2002.
