دور مراجعة الجودة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية (دراسة حالة شركة سيقا)

Abstract

المستخلص تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في ان معظم المنشأت السودانية تهتم فقط بالمراجعة المالية التقليدية ولاتهتم بالمفاهيم الحديثة للمراجعة حيث اهتمت معظم المنشأت في دول العالم المختلفة تطبيق مفاهيم مراجعة الجودة بحيث يتم تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمنشأت الصناعية في سوق العمل .يمكن صياغة مشكلة البحث في الاسئلة التاليه: هل هنالك علاقة بين الكفاءة المهنية لفريق عمل مراجعة الجودة وبين تحقيق الميزة التنافسية؟ و هنالك علاقة بين الكفاءة الانتاجية وبين تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ؟ وتمثلت اهداف البحث في دراسة دور الكفاءة الانتاجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية . دراسة دور الإلتزام بالإجراءات ومعايير الجودة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية و تكمن اهمية البحث في حاجة المنشآت الصناعية السودانية لتطبيق اساليب حديثة في الانتاج والادارة تساهم بفاعلية في تحقيق الكفاءة الإنتاجية و الاستخدام الامثل للموارد من اجل دعم الميزة التنافسية.اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الإستقرائي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة الميدانية و المنهج التاريخي.ولتحقيق اهداف البحث وحلاً لمشكلتة قام الباحث بصياغة الفرضيات التالية: الفرضية الأولى :توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الكفاءة المهنية لفريق عمل مراجعة الجودة وبين تحقيق الميزة التنافسية . الفرضية الثانية :توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الكفاءة الإنتاجية وبين تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. الفرضية الثالثة :توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الالتزام بالإجراءات والمعايير وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية . توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج منها : تطبيق مراجعة الجودة يساعد على أداء المنتجات بصوره صحيحه تتباين مع إحتياجات الزبائن يمكن للمنشأة من تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ، تساعد الميزة التنافسية في سرعة تسليم المنتج إلى العملاء .بناءاً على النتائج قدم الباحث عدة توصيات منها : ضرورة تطبيق مراجعة الجودة بصورة التى تساعد على اداء المنتجات بصورة صحيحه تتلأم مع إحتياجات الزبائن يمكن للمنشأة من تحققيق الميزة التنافسية ، يتوجب أن تتبني المنشآت الصناعية نظام مراجعة الجودة.

Abstract

The problem of the study that most of the Sudanese installations concerned with only traditional financial audit is not concerned the modern concepts for review, where most of the facilities concerned with the different countries of the world in the application of quality review concepts so that it is achieving competitive advantage for industrial plants in the labor market . The problem of the research can be formulated in the following questions: is there is a relationship between the professionalism of the qualityreview working group and achieving competitive advantage? Is there a relationship between production efficiency and achieving competitive advantage? The objectives of the research representing studying the role of production efficiencyin achieving competitive advantage. The importance of the study lies in the industrial facilities need to apply modern methods in the production and management contribute effectively in achieving production efficiency and optimal use of resources in order to competitive advantage. The researcher adopted the inductive and analytical descriptive curriculum in the field study and historical approach. To achieve the goals of the study research and a solution to its problem the researcher formulated the following hypothesis: The first hypotheses: there is a statistical significance relationship between the professionalism of the quality review working group and achieving competitive advantage.The second hypotheses: there is a relationship between production efficiency and achieving competitive advantage.The third hypotheses: a relationship between follow the procedures and standards and achieving competitive advantage.The study found several findings, including: the application of quality review helps performance products correctly vary with the needs of customers can be established to achieve competitive advantage, competitive advantage helps in the product is delivered to customers faster. Based on the results the researcher presented several recommendations, including: the need to apply quality review helps performance products correctly fit in with the needs of customers can be established to achieve competitive advantage, it must adopt quality review system of industrial installations.
