Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي لرفع كفاءة الاداء الوظيفي وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسات التأمينية في السودان (دراسة حالة الشركة التعاونية للتأمين المحدودة) تمثلت مشكلة البحث في هل يوجد تخطيط أستراتيجي فعال يتضمن تحسين رفع كفاءة الاداء الوظيفي وتحقيق الأهداف المستقبلية لتحسين إداء شركات التأمين بالسودان؟هل يوجد تفاعل حقيقي بين المفاهيم النظرية للادارة الاستراتيجة ككل والتخطيط الاستراتيجي بالاخص والواقع الفعلي لممارسة الادارية بشركات التأمين ؟ هل هنالك تغييم للخطط الاستراتيجة بشركات التأمين بالسودان ؟ تنبع أهمية الدراسة من أهمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي من ضمن الاداره الاستراتيجة علي مستوي المنظمة ككل أو علي مستوي الوحدات الاستراتيجية العاملة بالمنظمة لأنة يساعد علي توقع أي تغيير محتمل في البيئة التي تعمل بها المنظمة ووضع الاستراتيجيات اللازمة للتعامل مع هذا التغيير في المستقبل تهدف الدراسة الي التعرف علي عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي بشركات التأمين بالسودان .معرفة مدي فاعلية التخطيط الاستراتيجي بالمنظمة موضوع الدراسة ،وأثرها علي تحسين كفاءة الاداء الوظيفي وتحقيق أهدافها في المستقبل . معرفة الصعوبات التي تواجة الادارة العليا بالمنظمة في تنفيذ عملية التخطيط.أختبر البحث عدد من الفروض منها هل هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية ترتبط بين تحسين الاداء الوظيفي وفاعلية التخطيط الاستراتيجي . هل هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية ترتبط بين تحقيق الأهداف المستقبلية بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي . هل هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية تربط بين ممارسة الادارة الاستراتيجية الوظيفية والإداء الوظيفي لشركات التأمين في السودان . هل هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عملية التوجه الإستراتيجي الذي تقوم بة الادارة العليا بالمنظمة التأمينية والإداء الوظيفي المنظمة.أتبعت هذة الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذى يقوم بوصف الظواهر والأحداث وتحديداً ومنهج دراسة الحالة .توصل البحث الي عدد من النتائج منها توقع التغييرات الأساسية التي تنشأ أو تظهر بالضرورة أثناء عملية التغيير عند تنفيذ التغييرات الأساسية الكبيرة على مستوى الشركة تدعم من الإدارة الاستراتيجية للشركة، عمل الإدارة العليا على إشراك العاملين في قرارات التغيير الأساسية تدعم من الإدارة الاستراتيجية للشركة ، التعامل مع الأفكار الجديدة المبنية على أهداف الشركة بشكل إيجابي يدعم من التخطيط الاستراتيجي ة للشركة. توصل البحث الي عدد من التوصيات منها التوصل إلى التوجه الاستراتيجي وتعميمات تتجاوز المعلومات المتوافرة داخل الشركة يؤثر إيجاباً على الاداء الوظيفي لشركة التأمين. لابد من الإهتمام بتقوية العوامل والأسباب التي تشجع على التغييرات الأساسية تعزز من الإدارة الاستراتيجية للشركة، اوصي بالتركيز على التغييرات الجذرية بإعتبارها وسيلة من وسائل الإرتقاء داخل الشركة يؤثر على رقابتها الاستراتيجية للشركة.

Abstract The research dealt with the role of strategic planning to raise the efficiency of job performance and achieve the goals of insurance institutions in Sudan (case study of the Cooperative Insurance Company Limited) The research problem was: Is there effective strategic planning that includes improving the efficiency of job performance and achieving future goals to improve the performance of insurance companies in Sudan? Real between the theoretical concepts of strategic management as a whole and strategic planning in particular and the actual reality of administrative practice in insurance companies? Is there a cloud of strategic plans for insurance companies in Sudan? The importance of the study stems from the importance of strategic planning from within the strategic management at the level of the organization as a whole or at the level of strategic units operating in the organization because it helps to anticipate any possible change in the environment in which the organization operates and develop the necessary strategies to deal with this change in the future The study aims to identify a process Strategic planning in insurance companies in Sudan. Knowing the effectiveness of strategic planning in the organization under study, and its impact on improving the efficiency of job performance and achieving its goals in the future. Knowing the difficulties faced by the organization's senior management in implementing the planning process, the research examined a number of hypotheses, including whether there is a statistically significant relationship between improving job performance and the effectiveness of strategic planning. Is there a statistically significant correlation between the achievement of the exploitative goals in strategic planning? Is there a statistically significant relationship linking the practice of functional and strategic management to the job performance of insurance companies in Sudan? Is there a statistically significant relationship between the strategic direction process carried out by the senior management of the insurance organization and the organization's job performance. This study followed the descriptive analytical approach that describes phenomena and events in particular and the case study approach. The research reaches a number of results, including the expectation of the main changes that arise or Necessarily appears during the change process when implementing major fundamental changes at the company level supporting from the strategic management of the company, the work of senior management to involve workers in key change decisions supporting from the strategic management of the company, dealing L With new ideas based on the goals of the company positively supports the strategic planning of the company. The research reached a number of recommendations, including reaching a strategic direction and generalizations that go beyond the information available within the company, which positively affects the job performance of the insurance company. It is necessary to pay attention to strengthening the factors and reasons that encourage the fundamental changes that enhance the strategic management of the company. I recommend focusing on the fundamental changes as a means of advancement within the company that affects its strategic control of the company.
