Abstract

The Relation between General High Educational Policies and the need of the Civil Service in Sudan (1991 – 2014).

This paper talks about the Relation between General High Educational Policies and the need of the Civil Service in Sudan during the period (1991 – 2014). The paper was set on a basic hypothesis, the adoption of policy of expansion in the high education without non-parallel interest in the quality of high education, transferred all the negatives of expansion to the field of civil service and even its instability.
