دور نظم المعلومات الأدارية في اتخاذ القرارات : دراسة الحالة جامعة النيلين

Abstract

المستخلص: تناول البحث دور تقنية ونظم المعلومات الادارية في اتخاذ القرارات الادارية وكانت الحالة الدراسية بجامعة النيلين وهدفت هذه البحث الي معرفة دور تقنية ونظم المعلومات الادارية في اتخاذ القرارات الادارية , وتكمن مشكلة البحث في , الي اي مدي تعتبر تقنية ونظم المعلومات الادارية اداء تساعد علي اتخاذ القرارات الادارية . ولتحقيق اهداف البحث والاجابة علي السؤال الرئيسي للبحث تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه علي افراد مجتمع الدراسة التي يتكون من المستويات التنظيمية بالجامعة ويتكون من الادارة العليا , ومديري الادارات , ورؤساء الاقسام , وتم تحديد حجم عينة الدراسة الذي بلغلت (180 ) واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والبرامج الاحصائي لتحليل بيانات الدراسة . ووفقا للنموزج المقترح فان فرضيات البحث هي , هنالك علاقة ايجابية بين تقنية ونظم المعلومات الادارية واتخاذ القرارات بعد (كفاءة القرارات الادارية) , والفرضية الثانية هنالك علاقة ايجابية ايجابية بين تقنية ونظم المعلومات الادارية واتخاذ القرارات الادارية بعد (فاعلية القرارات الادارية), الفرضية الثالثة هنالك علاقة ايجابية بين تقنية ونظم المعلومات الادارية واتخاذ القرارات الادارية بعد (تعظيم قدر ات القرارات الادارية ) توصلت البحث الي مجموعة من النتائج , حيث وجد ان غالبية الدراسة من الذكور بلغت نسبة 57.3% بينما بلغت نسبة الاناث 47.7% , ووجد ان غالبية المبحوثين اعمارهم تتراوح مابين ( 30ــــ 50 ) , ووجد ان غالبية المبحوثين مستواهم التعليمي فوق الجامعي , ووجد ان غالبية المبحوثين من فئة ادارة الاعمال , واظهرت البحث مجموعة من التوصيات منها, علي ادارة الجامعة ادخال انظمة حديثة ومتطورة , ضرورة الاهتمام تدريب العاملين وتطوير مهاراتهم في مجال تقنية ونظم المعلومات الادارية , ضرورة قياس فاعلية تقنيات وانظمة المعلومات الادارية بالجامعة بشكل دوري . Abstract This study tackled the role M I S in decision-making. A Case Study: Al-Née lain University. This study aims to identify the role administrative information systems in administrative decision-making. The problem of study is that: To what extent is the administrative information systems considered a tool that helps in administrative decision making. And to achieve the study objectives and answer the main study question, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study population, which consists of organizational levels at the university; higher administration, department directors, and heads of department. The study sample consists of (180). The studier used the descriptive analytical method and statistical analysis programmed to analyze the data. According to the proposed model, the study hypotheses are: There is a positive relationship between the administrative information systems and decision-making after (efficiency of administrative decisions). The second hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between the administrative information systems and administrative decision-making after (effectiveness of administrative decisions). The third hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between administrative information systems and administrative decision-making after (maximizing the capabilities of administrative decisions). The study showed that: information system don’t provide readymade solutions but are considered auxiliary performance , the study showed that information system help to make decisions, and the majority of the respondents were from the Business Administration. The study recommends that the university administration should introduce modern and advanced systems, the need to take into consideration the training of employees and develop their skills in the field of administrative information systems, and the need to periodically measure the effectiveness of administrative information systems at the university.
