Abstract
This study is about the impact of the internal environment of the work on the performance of the employees, the research problem is that there are some limitations in the internal environment of the National Corporation for Prosthetics, This environment has negative impact on the morale and job satisfaction of the workers.
This study aims to:
1. To Know the effect of the internal work environment on worker performance.
2. To Know the problems and constraints of the internal work environment faced by the management of the National Corporation for Prosthetics.
3. To know the relationship between the internal environment of the work and performance of employees.
The hypotheses of the study are:
1. There is a relationship between the internal environment of the work on worker performance.
2. Lack of attention to the internal environment of the work leads to lack of job satisfaction.
3. The internal environmen of the prosthetic factory affect the performance of the Worlds.
The research was organized in three chapters and conclusion.
The researcher followed the historical, descriptive and analytical approach, and the case study.
T he results of the study are :
1. There is no interest from the Department of the National Corporation for Prosthetics by internal environment of the factory.
2. The lack of adequate lighting and ventilation and not enough occupational of health and safety in the factory.
3. lack of good system of social services in the National Authority for Prosthetics.
The most important recommendations:
1. National Authority for Prosthetics must be interested in managing of the internal environment of the factory and work to improve them to be appropriate and ready for performance.
2. It is necessary to provide a system for lighting and ventilation with the provision of adequate means of occupational health and safety of the factory.
3. The need for providing a good system of social services.
