Abstract

Abstract The study dealt with the impact of the application of electronic -government on the application of service in the Sudan on the application of the Ministries of Interior and the Ministry of Higher Education in the period between (2007 AD 2012), The discussion dealt with the following hypotheses: 1. Affect the use of e-government on financial planning. 2. Affect the use of e-government on the administrative policies. 3. Affect the use of e-government financial control. 4. That there is paper work is needed despite the application of the electronic system of the Ministry. Researcher used descriptive method in addition to the analytical approach based on the analysis of questionnaire to study the work of statistical field in each of the Ministries of Interior and the Ministry of Higher Education. The sources of data collection adopted by the researcher are the secondary sources references, periodicals, and primary sources and a questionnaire, observation and interview. The answer came in a field study to determine the effect of applying the application of e-government service in the Sudan to the ministries of interior, higher education and came up with the following Results and recommendations: First: Findings 1. There is a direct impact on the use of e-government performance at the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. 2. The use of e-government impact on improving the service provided to citizens. 3. The effect of applying e-government in the performance of the work effect is weak and that the proportion of poor facilities and lack of qualified personnel. Second: Most important recommendations 1. The provision of qualified staff at the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of education and scientific research system capable of operating e-government and ongoing training for them. 2. Managers departments, Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research must bay attention to the application of e-government. 11 3. Enlighten all citizens of the importance of e-government objectives and in order to get good services.
