دور الهيئات والمؤسسات العامة فى مكافحة الفساد الإدارى في السودان

Abstract

تناولت في هذه الدراسة دور الهيئات والمؤسسات العامة فى مكافحة الفساد الإدارى في السودان، وذلك من خلال الحديث عن الفساد الإداري، ومفهومه وأسبابه، والأثار الإدارية والسياسية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية، ودور المؤسسات الحكومية وغير الحكومية في مكافحة الفساد والهيئات العاملة في مكافحة الفساد في السودان . اتبعت في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ثم المنهج التحليلي والمقارنة كلما كانت هناك ضرورة ولقد توصلت فى خاتمة هذه الدراسة لعدد من النتائج، أهمها أن الفساد هو نتاج للعوامل المختلفة الأخلاقية والسياسية بالإضافة إلى العامل الشخصي. وعدد من التوصيات أهمها تقوية دور الرقابة الإدارية لمتابعة حركة المال العام ومراجعة القوانين واللوائح الخاصة بذلك وتشديد العقوبات الإدارية للتجاوزات والمخالفات المالية .

Abstract: I dealt with in this study, the role of public institions in the fight aginst corruption in Sudan, and that by talking about administrative corruption, and under standable reasons, administrative, political, economic, social, and the role of governmental and non- governmental institions in the fight aginst corruption and organizations warking in the fight aginst corruption in the Sudan and it effects . In this study I followed the descriptive method and the analytical method and combarison whenever there is a necessity. I have reached in conclusion of this study a number of results, most notably that corruption is the product of different moral, political and ideological factors in addition to the personal factor . And number of recommendations including strengthening the role of administrative control to follow public money movement and revision of laws and regulations so special to tighten administrative penalties for abuse and financial irregularitie.
