Abstract

The researcher is important to study Information technology and its role in improving the performance of staff considered as independent variable measured through five branched dimensions us for flows ( high administration persuasion, appliances and equipment, network, database, IT training) and improving the performance of staff act as dependent variable which measured through four sub dimensions as (size performance, acceleration performance, simplify work and their perseverance and confidence).
