Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور المحاسبة الرشيقة في الميزة التنافسية, وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل التالي" ماهو دور المحاسبة الرشيقة في الميزة التنافسية؟ وتتفرع منه عدة اسئلة منها:ماهي العلاقة بين المحاسبة الرشيقة و تحقيق جودة المنتجات؟ ماهي العلاقة بين المحاسبة الرشيقة و تحقيق السعر المناسب؟ ماهي العلاقة بين المحاسبة الرشيقة و التركيز على بعد الابتكار والتجديد؟ ماهي العلاقة بين المحاسبة الرشيقة و التركيز على بعد التسليم؟ تهدف الدراسة الى :التعرف على المحاسبة الرشيقة وأهدافها ومعوقاتها , معرفة ودراسة أدوات وممارسات المحاسبة الرشيقة , التعرف على زيادة القدرة التنافسية وأنواعها والياتها واستراتيجياتها وكيفية تحقيقها.بيان العلاقة بين المحاسبة الرشيقة وزيادة القدرة التنافسية, معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه المحاسبة الرشيقة لتحقيق القدرة التنافسية في الشركات الصناعية. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والتاريخي , وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: عملت المحاسبة الرشيقة على الرقابة الشاملة للجودة بالمشاركة الفعلية للعاملين في حل المشاكل من اجل تحسين الجودة. عملت المحاسبة الرشيقة على الاهتمام بتحقيق رضاء المستهلك من خلال تقديم منتج ما بجودة المواصفات المطلوبة ,عملت المحاسبة الرشيقة على الاستخدام الامثل للموارد المتاحة مما يقلل من مجالات الاسراف وسوء الاستخدام واوصت الدراسة بالاتي: زيادة المبيعات من خلال استخدام المحاسبة الرشيقة عبر تجويد المنتج, التحسين المستمر للعمل من خلال المحاسبة الرشيقة عبر تهيئة إدارة للبحوث والتطوير, توفيرافضل للمعلومات لصنع القرار من خلال استخدام المحاسبة الرشيقة وعبر التنسيق بين وظائف البحث والتطوير والانتاج والتسويق.

ABSTRACT The study examined the role of agile accounting in the competitive advantage, and the problem of the study lies in the following question: What is the role of agile accounting in the competitive advantage? Several questions arise from it, including: What is the relationship between agile accounting and product quality? What is the relationship between agile accounting and achieving the appropriate price? What is the relationship between agile accounting and focusing on the dimension of innovation and innovation? The study aims to: recognize the agile accounting, its goals and constraints, know and study agile accounting tools and practices, recognize the uniform Dah competitiveness, types, mechanisms, strategies, and how Thakagaha.baan the relationship between the accounting and graceful increase competitiveness, knowledge of the role played by accounting elegans to achieve competitiveness in industrial companies. The study followed the descriptive, analytical and historical approach, and the study reached the following results: Agile accounting worked on comprehensive quality control with the active participation of workers in solving problems in order to improve quality. Agile accounting worked to achieve consumer satisfaction by providing a product with the quality of the required specifications. Agile accounting worked on the optimal use of available resources, which reduces areas of extravagance and misuse. The study recommended the following: Increase sales through the use of agile accounting through product optimization, continuous improvement of work Through agile accounting by creating a department for research and development, providing better information for decision-making through the use of agile accounting and through coordination between research and development, production and marketing functions.
