مستخلص:

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على كيفية اعداد المعلم في مادة

الرياضيات وتدريبة مهنيًا وذلك لن جميع المعلمين ينبغي ان يكونوا

ملمين باستخدام المستحدثات التعليمية والتكنولوجيا في مجال تعليم

الرياضيات مثل الحواسيب والنترنت التي أصبح التعامل بها ل غني عنه

في المؤسسات الكاديمية وان عملية التدريب للمعلمين والتطوير في

العملية التعليمية ل يمكن ان تتحول الى واقع ملموس ال عن طريق

المعلمين الذين يحولون الخطط النظرية الى سلوكيات صفية

وممارسات تعليمية لهذا فان التدريب اثناء الخدمة تدريبًا يتلءم مع

أهداف المعلوماتية في التعليم ويتزامن معها، أمر ضروري لتحقيق

أهداف التطور من اجل مساعدة المعلم على اداء رسالته التربوية

بشكل فعال يلئم جيل اليوم وعصره . إتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي

التحليلي لملئمته لمثل هذه الدراسات وتوصل إلي النتائج التالية:

- أكدت الدراسة بالستدلل بالبحاث أهمية الخذ بمفهوم التربية

المستمرة للمعلم مع تحديد برامج التربية العملية لضمان فعالية

وإستمرار إعداد المعلم على الوجه المأمول منه وحتى تتضامن

الجهود كافة لمساعدته على مواجهة التحديات بطريقة ل تجعلنا

نظلم جهوده الفردية ، حيث أن طوفان العصر المعلوماتي ل

يمكن مواجهته دون تكاتف الطراف المعنية كافة.

- أهمية تطبيق التصورات التقنية المتجددة لبرامج إعداد معلم

الرياضيات، بناءًا على ما قدمته البحاث التربوية المتخصصة.

- أهمية إستخدام التسهيلت والحوافز التي تقدم للمعلمين والتي

تساهم في رفع وتحسين مستواهم الدراسي ورفع كفاءتهم والتي

تتمثل في تخفيض أعباء المعلمين ولقد ثبت أن هذا السلوب يعد

عائدًا تربويًا كبيرًا إذ أنه يجذب له خبراء المعلمين ، ولذلك يؤدي

إلي رفع المنتوج العلمي.

Effective Infemce Of Preparing And Training Mathematical Teacher During

Employment In Facing In Formaties

This study aims to learn how to prepare a teacher in

mathematics and training professionally, because all

teachers should be conversant with educational innovations

and technology in the field of mathematics education such

as computers and the Internet, which has become handled

indispensable in academic institutions and the training of

teachers and the development process in the educational

process cannot turn into reality only by teachers who turn

the theory plans to conduct descriptive and educational

practices .That is why the in-service training, training in line

with the objectives of informatics in education and coincides

with it, is essential to achieve the goals of development in

order to help the teacher on the performance of the

educational mission effectively fits today's generation and

his era.

The findings of the researcher in this study that this study:

- The study by inference research emphasized the

importance of introducing the concept of ongoing teacher

education with identifying practical education programs to

ensure effectiveness and continuity of teacher preparation

on the face hoped it and even solidarity efforts all to help

him meet the challenges manner that does not make us

individual efforts systems, as the flood of information age

can be met without concerted all parties concerned.

- The importance of the application of technical concepts to

renewable mathematics teacher preparation programs,

building for its specialized educational research.

- The importance of the use of facilities and incentives

offered to teachers and that contribute to raise and improve

their academic and raise their efficiency and which represent

a reduction in the burden of teachers and has been proved

that this method is a great return educationally as it attracts

the teachers experts, and therefore lead to the lifting of

scientific product.
