Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study; parasitic plants (Indian Cinnamon and chines Cinnamon) were used. The (XRF), (FTIR), (UV-Vis) and (XRD) spectrometers have been used to give the construction and optical proprieties. The results of samples indicated that several elements like Calcium (Ca) have highest Concentration at all samples. The FTIR spectra of samples shows a strong absorption band in the range (900 - 1030) cm -1, and in the range (1630 - 2640) cm -1 . From the UV–Vis spectrophotometer spectra of samples the insulator behavior was noticed. The measured of the r efractive index was (3.1 for Indian Cinnamon and 1.5 for chines Cinnamon). The XRD analysis revealed that the Cinnamon is Amorphous.
