أثر عوامل البيئة الداخلية على الأداء المصرفي (دراسة حالة البنك الزراعي السوداني ـ الرئاسة)

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث أثر عوامل البيئة الداخلية على أداء المنظمات بصفة عامة وعلى أداء البنك الزراعي بصفة خاصة خلال العام 2017م. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في السؤال إلى أي مدى تؤثر عوامل البيئة الداخلية على أداء البنك الزراعي. وتمثل مجتمع البحث في العاملين بالبنك الزراعي وبلغ حجم العينة 188 من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي وهو 359 موظف. ومن الفروض التي قام عليها البحث وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بيئة العمل الداخلية وأداء البنك الزراعي وكذلك وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الهيكل التنظيمي وأداء البنك الرزاعي وكذلك وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العوامل البشرية وأداء البنك الزراعي وكذلك هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات وأداء البنك. وقد اتبع اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي دراسة حالة البنك الزراعي السوداني، وتم تحليل البيانات ببرنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) في الوصول إلى البيانات. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها اثبات صحة جميع الفرضيات .

Abstract The study dealt with the impact of internal environment factors on the performance of organizations in general and on the performance of the Agricultural Bank in particular during the year 2017. The problem of research in the question was to what extent internal environmental factors affect the performance of the Agricultural Bank. The research community represents the employees of the Agricultural Bank and the sample size is 188 of the total study population of 359 employees. The study hypothesized that there is a statistically significant relation between the internal work environment and the performance of the Agricultural Bank, as well as the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the organizational structure and the performance of the Rizai Bank. There is also a statistically significant relationship between the human factors and the performance of the Agricultural Bank. the bank. The research followed the analytical descriptive method. The case study of the Agricultural Bank of Sudan. The data were analyzed by the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) in data access. The research reached several results, including proving all hypotheses and proving the initial hypothesis.
