نحو تكتل مكتبي تعاوني بين المكتبات الجامعية السودانية لاقتناء الدوريات الالكترونية العلمية : تصور مقترح

Abstract

المستخلص : تهدف الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح إلنشاء تكتل مكتبي تعاوني بين المكتبات الجامعية السودانية لاقتناء الدوريات الالكترونية العلمية و قد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوثائقي لدراسة الادبيات والوقوف على السوابق لرسم صورة المثال بالاضافة إلى المنهج الوصفي وذلك لوصف واقع االشتراك في الدوريات االلكترونية ببعض المكتبات المدروسة. و من نتائج الدراسة ظهور الحاجة الماسة لتكتل تعاوني بين المكتبات الجامعية السودانية القتناء الدوريات االلكترونية العممية ، كما نتج عن الدراسة وضع تصور مقترح إلنشاء تكتل مكتبي تعاوني بين المكتبات الجامعية السودانية لاقتناء الدوريات االلكترونية العلمية و اشتمل هذا التصور على عدد ثالثة عشر محورا مثلت في مجملها تصوار متكاملا يمكن االسترشاد بو في بناء التكتل المنشود و قد قام الباحث بتحديد أىداف ىذا التكتل و إدارتو و ىيكمو التنظيمي، و ميامو، و تمويمو، و تجييزاتو . و من توصيات الدراسة ضرورة دخول المكتبات الجامعية السودانية في تكتل مكتبي تعاوني لمتشارك و التعاون في مجال اقتناء الدوريات االلكترونية و المصادر االلكترونية لما تؤمنو التكتالت من مزايا أىميا التوفير االقتصادي الذي ستجنيو ىذه المكتبات و عدم تكرار الجيود الخاصة باالقتناء. ضرورة دعم وزارة التعميم العالي و البحث العممي لمشاريع التعاون بين المكتبات الجامعية السودانية و توفير الدعم المالي ليا و إصدار التشريعات و الموائح الممزمة لتعاون و تكتل المكتبات الجامعية السودانية . الكلمات المفتاحية : التكتلات المكتبية ؛ الاقتناء التعاوني؛الدوريات االالكترونية العلمية؛المكتبات الجامعية السودانية. And recommendations of the need to enter the Sudanese university libraries in the Consortium desk collaborative sharing and cooperation in the field of acquisition of electronic journals and electronic resources to secured by Consortiums of the advantages of the most important economic savings that will earn these libraries and non-recurrence own acquisition efforts.
