dc.description.abstract | Cryptosporidiosis is a well recognized diarrhoeal disease that leads to dehydration and electrolytes disturbance. Under – five – year - old children, both immunosuppressed and immunocompetent are affected by this disease. They may succumb from fluid deficit and electrolytes derangement if not promptly treated.
