التعليم المهني المستمر و دوره في تحسين حوكمة مكاتب المراجعة الخارجية

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة التعليم المهني المستمر ودوره في تحسين حوكمة مكاتب المراجعة الخارجية، وهدفت الدراسة الي التعرف علي مفهوم واهمية ومجالات ودوافع التعليم المهني المستمر ومعرفة اثر التعليم المهني المستمر علي آلية لجان المراجعة ،وايضا علي بيان اثر التعليم المهني المستمر علي جودة المراجعة . ومن النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة أن التعليم المهني المستمر يساعد علي التطوير و المحافظة علي قدرات المراجعيين بما يمكنهم من اداء مهامهم بكفاءة بما يتلاءم مع طبيعة العصر، وايضا حوكمة المراجعة هي مجموعة من الاليات والقواعد التي تهدف الي ضبط الرقابة علي الاداء المهني للتاكد من سلامة ودقة الاداء.

Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify the concept, importance, areas and motivations of continuing vocational education, and the impact of continuing professional education on the mechanism of the review committees, as well as on the impact of continuing professional education on the quality of the review. One of the findings of the study is that continuing professional education helps to develop and maintain the abilities of auditors to enable them to perform their tasks efficiently in accordance with the nature of the age. Audit governance is a set of mechanisms and rules that aim to control the performance of the professional to ensure the safety and accuracy of performance.
