Mg〖Fe〗_2 O_4 Spinel ferrite with Ni2+ and Mn4+ ions simultaneous doping in both tetrahedral and octahedral sites was synthesis. The doped magnesium ferrite spinel 〖Mg〗_(1-x) 〖Ni〗_x 〖Fe〗_(2-2x) 〖Mn〗_2x O_4, where x = 0, 0.125, 0.25, 0.375 and 0.5 was successfully synthesized by using conventional ceramic route. Structural characterization has been obtained by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The standard Rietveld analysis method of XRD results shows that all samples have a face centered cubic spinel structure with a lattice parameter increasing accordingly to the Ni2+ and Mn4+ doping concentration. The cation distributions of the samples have been estimated also. The inversion parameters of iron doped manganese sample were decreed from0.9 to 0.7. The average cation radius, the cation-ion distances, tetrahedral and octahedral hoping distance, shared tetra and octahedral and unshared octahedral edge length interionic distances were obtained. The possibility to have some vacancies in studied samples for different degree of doping with Ni and Mn has been investigated and results show that there is practically no vacancies.en_US
