أثر احداث 11 سبتمر 2001م على الامن القومي الامريكي

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة والتي بعنوان (أحداث الحادي عشر من سبتمبر في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وتأثيرها على الأمن القومي الأمريكي). وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن أحداث الحادي عشر سبتمبر شكلت منعطفاً حقيقياً في مسار الأمن القومي الأمريكي ؛لما لها من آثار على السياسة الداخلية والخارجية الأمريكية والتغيرات التي حدثت في نظام الأمن القومي الأمريكي ومن صنع الأحداث. لذا نبعت أهمية البحث من كونه يعالج مشكلة مهمة وهي تأثير أحداث 11سبتمبر على الأمن القومي الأمريكي والتغيرات التي ترتبت على الهجوم. وافترضت مدى تأثير أحداث 11سبتمبر على الأمن القومي الأمريكي. وما هي المتغيرات التي حدثت للأمن القومي الأمريكي؟، والمتغيرات التي حدثت على السياسة الداخلية والخارجية الأمريكية؟ وخلصت إلى النتائج والتوصيات التالية: أن 11 سبتمبر أحدثت تغيرات في الأمن القومي الأمريكي والأمن القومي على مستوى العالم، وتغيرت السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية بعد11سبتمبر، وأحدثت تغيرات في المفاهيم للتدخل في شئون الدول الداخلية. وأوصت الدراسة بالآتي: التعامل بحذر مع الأجهزة الأمنية الأخرى لمصداقية المعلومة التي تهتم بالأمن القومي الأمريكي. أن السياسة الأمريكية الخارجية تبنى على المصالح المشتركة. Abstract The study, entitled "The events of September 11 in the United States of America and their impact on American national security". The problem of the research was that the events of September 11 were a real turning point in the course of American national security because of their effects on US domestic and foreign policy and changes in the American national security system and the making of events.
