Abstract
The study aims to discover the Family relationship and its
effects in the field of work satisfaction.
The researcher uses the descriptive method in his study. The
population of the study includes the working male and female at
Neelain University. They are 110 persons, 50 male and 60
female they are randomly selected. '
The tools of the study represents in the following:
The family relationship measurement and satisfaction
measurement.
The researcher uses various method in statistical treatment
represented in Alfa Kornabakh test, spear man connection
factor, Man wihni test, colnmgrofe samiranor tests.
The study reaches the following results:
l — The statistical connection between the family
relationship. and the psychological state. And the
professional acceptance in work field. '
2 — There are statistical significant differences refer to
Gender (male/Female) in satisfaction at work field.
3 — There are statistical significant differences refer to
Gender (Male/female) in the family relationship and the
psychotically state in the work field.
