أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية على إدارة الأعمال اللوجستية "بالتطبيق على رئاسة شركة سكر كنانة"

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية على إدارة الأعمال اللوجستية ،و تمثلت مشكلة البحث في تحديد العلاقة بين نظام المعلومات بشركة سكر كنانة وإدارة الأعمال اللوجستية بالشركة ، ويهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية نظم المعلومات والدور الذي تلعبه في إدارة اللوجستيات و تقديم توصيات تفيد شركة سكر كنانة في تحقيق الإستغلال الأمثل لنظام المعلومات الإدارية بالشركة ، و تقديم دراسة معينة للبحوث القادمة في مجال نظم المعلومات الإدارية وإدارة الأعمال اللوجستية . تم استخدام الإستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بفروض الدراسة والمتمثلة في : توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المكونات المادية لنظام المعلومات الإدارية المستخدم بشركة سكر كنانة وإدارة الأعمال اللوجستية بالشركة ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البرمجيات المستخدمة بنظام المعلومات الإدارية بشركة سكر كنانة وإدارة الأعمال اللوجستية بالشركة ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين قاعدة بيانات نظام المعلومات الإدارية المستخدم بشركة سكر كنانة وإدارة الأعمال اللوجستية بالشركة ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقنيات الإتصال المستخدمة بنظام المعلومات الإدارية بشركة سكر كنانة وإدارة الأعمال اللوجستية بالشركة ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مهارة مستخدمي نظام المعلومات الإدارية بشركة سكر كنانة وإدارة الأعمال اللوجستية بالشركة . و تم تحليل الإستبانات التي تم جمعها بإستخدام برنامج (SPSS) . وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها انه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظام المعلومات المحوسب المستخدم بشركة سكر كنانة وإدارة الأعمال اللوجستية بالشركة . و قد تمثلت أهم توصيات البحث في تحقيق الإستخدام الأمثل لنظام المعلومات الإدارية المستخدم بشركة سكر كنانه في إدارة الأعمال اللوجستية بالشركة بما يؤثر إيجاباً على الإدارة و تطوير آليات تدريب الموظفين على إستخدام نظام المعلومات بجميع مكوناته .

ABSTRACT The research discusses the impact of Management Information System on the management of logistics business. The research problem is the identification of the relationship between the information system of Kenana Sugar Company and the Logistics Business management of the company. The research aims to highlight the importance of information system and the role which it plays in logistics management, presenting commendations to optimal utilization of the company's management information system, and to provide a helpful study for the upcoming researches in the field of management information systems and management of logistics business. The questionnaire was used as a basic tool for collecting the data related to the study hypotheses, which namely: There is a statistically significant relationship between the tangible components of the management information system used by Kenana Sugar Company and the company's logistics management, There is a statistically significant relationship between the software used in the management information system in Kenana Sugar Company and the Logistics management In the company, there is a statistically significant relationship between the management information system database used by Kenana Sugar Company and the company's logistics management, There is a statistically significant relationship between The information technology of the management information system used by Kenana Sugar Company and the company's logistics management, There is a statistically significant relationship between the skill of users of the management information system in Kenana Sugar Company and the Logistics Business management of the Company. The questionnaire analyzed using SPSS program. The research reached a number of results, the most important results are: no statistically significant relationship between the management information system used by Kenana Sugar Company and the Logistics Business management of the company. The most important recommendations of the research is to achieve the best use of the management information system used by Kanana Sugar Company in the management of logistics in the company which positively affects the management, and development of staff training mechanisms to use the information system at all its components.
