Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to assess the quality of the investment services in Sudan, case study of the One Stop Shop of the Ministry at Investment. The study problem main is long time consumed optiming procedure. that enable the investor to obtain the final license for his project in the One Stop Shop in the Ministry of Investment. This complications are attributed to many causes, of which is the multiplicity of the representatives who undertake the completion of the measures, besides the non-usage of the advanced technology in the operations inside the One Stop Shop. The study is based on the following hypotheses: 1- The procedure simplification and its fast achievement leads to the services quality. 2- Bureaucracy and the routine curtailed the representatives competences, has negative impact on the services quality. 3- Usage of the advanced technology in the One Stop Shop operations has a positive impact on the services quality. The researcher used the analytical descriptive methodology and the case study to test the validity of these hypothesis, whereas he designed a questionnaire form for collection of the primary information after the distribution of the questionnaire to the researched sample. The study community is formed from the national and foreign investors in Khartoum State, whom their number reached (856) investors. A sample of (86) investors, who form 10% from the study community, tested. This study is divided into four chapters, Chapter One is general frame. Chapter Two tackles the theoretical frame and the literature review. Chapter Three devoted for brief extract ىت 8 definition of the One Stop Shop for investment, whereas, Chapter Four deals with the analysis and the results. the most important reached results are follows: 1- The study disclosed that the provision of services to the investors with the required speed an accuracy are the most important requisites and conditions of the service quality. 2- Most of the investors are from the industrial sector, followed by the service sector and finally comes the agricultural sector, although Sudan is an agricultural country in the first place. 3- The One Stop Shop in the Ministry of Investment is keen to know the investors opinions about the delivered service, and treats their delivered complains. the main important recommendations are as follows:  Preparation and habilitation of a qualified cadre capable to deliver services as required.  Linkage of the One Stop Shop in the Ministry of Investment with the related units electronically for coordination and fast flow of information.  Necessity of usage of the advanced technology in all operations of the One Stop Shop for fast achievement.
