Abstract

ABSTRACT The study is composed "of The Impact of Social Insurance in Protecting the Working Woman under the Influence of Globalization . Where the researcher formulated several hypotheses She divided the thesis into six chapters =the first chapter deals with the concept of Globalization and its impact upon the working woman from economic, social, and cultural approach. As for the second chapter, it deals with the impact of social legislation of working woman in Sudan. The third chapter deals with the working woman and social insurance under the influence of globalization. The fourth chapter discussed the subsidy provided by The National Social Insurance Fund. As regard the fifth chapter, it contains the questionnaires in which sample from the National Electricity Corporation have been chosen. The researcher concluded a summary of the study dealt with globalization in general that the world is more communicated and women are a key objective in light of the reality imposed for one. The study also considered the laws that protect the right of working woman in Sudan. It also addressed the social insurance system of social protection and its role in protecting working woman as swell as the importance of insurance as laid down by the Arab work Agreement that reviewed the insurance legislation and the services rendered to working women as a widow , Mazla ,mother , daughter and sister despite the differences in the level of social protection in the legislation of a country to another , but all one in talk on the protection of the Social insurance and the role required in protection of working woman that faces the danger of globalization . The researcher reached despite the protection offered by the social insurance for working woman, the light of globalization pragmatic .

From the face of globalization we must amend the social insurance legislation and improve the existing advantages and rehabilitation and training. What has been reached by the results to be in the whole sensors for the sixth and last chapter .
