دور الموازنة حسب النشاط في تحسين التخطيط والرقابة

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تقنيات إعداد الموازنة وفق النشاط وتطبيقاتها في القطاع المصرفي السوداني، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في إن هناك عدم إدراك لدى مديري هذه المصارف بأهمية تطبيق هذا النمط من الموازنات لحداثة الموضوع والتخوف من تبعاته، على الرغم من أن تجربة هذا النظام قد أثبتت جدواه في كثير من الدول. توصلت الدراسة إلى إن نظام الموازنة وفق النشاط يؤدي إلى تحسين مستوى التخطيط والرقابة وتخفيض التكلفة في المصارف التجارية السودانية، لهذا أوصت الدراسة بالترويج لهذا النظام لدى المديرين والعاملين للاستفادة من فوائده العديد. Abstract The research aims to identify the Activity-Based Budgeting (ABB) techniques and its applications in the Sudanese banking sector, the problem of research that there is a lack of awareness among these banks managers about the importance of the application of this type of budgets for it is a new subject and the fear of its consequences, despite the fact that the experience of this system has proved its usefulness in many country. The study revealed that the Activity-Based Budgeting leads to improved planning, control and reduce of cost in Sudanese commercial banks, The study recommended that must be promotion of this system among managers and employees to take advantage of its benefits.
