Abstract

توصل علماء السلوك أن الإنسان قد يخطئ في تقدير الأمور، بسبب ما يعتريه من تحيزات إدراكية، وما قد يواجه من مغالطات منطقية من ناقلي الأخبار، فالقيم الإدراكية في حقيقتها لا متناهية، وهذا الدقة لا يوجد لها تعبير في الفنون العلمية النوعية، من الملاحظ عدم وجود اختلاف بين علماء منهاهج البحث، ويظهر التباين في تقدير التوقعات عند تطبيقها، لذلك من السهل توحيد القواعد ووضع المعايير العلمية في قياس وزن شروط الأدلة، وتقدير قيمة ثبوت الوقائع، يمكن الاستعانة بتقنية "fuzzy logic"، فهي قادرة على تحويل المصطلحات الإدراكية النوعية (تكذيب، وهم، أحتمال يقين ) وهذه المصطلحات لغوية وقانونية ومعرفية تعبر عن درجة قناعة الباحث في القضايا البحثية، وهنا قام الباحث بتقدير قيمة ( الاطمئنان ) من خلال مطابقة تعريفات المصطلحات الإدراكية في القانون واللغة والفلسفة والمنطق، ومعايرتها بيانيا، ورجح الباحث القيمة 66.6%، بانها درجة الاطمئنان، والفائدة المرجوة من هذا التحديد الخروج من طول الخلاف، وللاستفادة بالحاسب الآلي بعد معايرتها بالمعايير المنهجية العلمية، كما ينبني علي هذه القيمة أوزان الأدلة قيميا، حسب نصاب الأدلة المتفق عليها في علوم أصول البحث في كل مجال علمي نوعي . الكلمات المفتاحية: درجة دون أدنى شك، قيمة أدنى اليقين- درجة الاطمئنان، درجة الموثوقية، الظن الغالب، الاحتساب .
