Abstract

This study addressed determinations of Administrative Empowerment in Sudan applied study on a simple random sample of joint commercial banks in Sudan .the study aims to definition of the concept of Administrative Empowerment and specifying its role in dissemination of knowledge and participation in decision makers, it was selected three joint commercial banks, the study cover the period from 2011- 2014.
