Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify the extent of the application of strategic management efficiency and . effectiveness in the Al Baraka Bank Sudan as one of the leading banks in the banking industry. The research problem in the Al Baraka Bank Sudan faces a problem of how to apply strategic management efficiently and effectively to achieve the objectives of the Bank and building on it has been formulated research problem in the following questions: 1 / ls the preparation of a bank in a scientific way? 2 / Does the senior management of the process of environmental analysis in the development of the Bank's strategy? 3/ ls the organizational structure of the bank to the strategic fit? T 4 / ls the application of strategic management leads to raising the efficiency of the bank's performance? Hypotheses of the study was as follows: _ 1 / Prepare a message in a scientific way positive impact on the efficiency of the implementation strategy. 2 / the senior management of the process of analyzing the environmental impact positively on the efficiency of the strategy. 3 / application of strategic management efficiency requires the presence of an appropriate regulatory structure. 4/ application of strategic management leads to raising the efficiency of the performance of the Bank's management. Tool used to collect data and information of the study is the questionnaire and the approach taken in the preparation of research is to approach the case study, was used SPSS statistical analysis program to analyze data and test hypotheses .. l Through the field study, the researcher to many of the findings and recommendations results were as follows:

1 /The mission of the Bank are prepared in a scientific way. 2 / The senior management of the process of environmental analysis in the development of the bank's strategy. 3 / organizational structure of the Bank to apply the appropriate strategy. 4 / The application of strategic management leads to raising the efficiency of the performance of the Bank's management. 5 / there is interest in the bank training in general, but there is a lack of training in the field of strategic management. 6 / that the bank has succeeded in the effective application of strategic management, which reflected positively in providing the highest quality banking services and to open some bank branches. Oneoxas in regard to the recommendations: 1 /t e clear of the Enlightenment and the concept of the working contents of the message. 2 I should involve all staff in the process of analysis of environmental factors and competitors. 3/ need for the availability of flexible organizational structures and commensurate with the requirements of performance and are subject to adapt to internal and external variables. 4 / to be replaced traditional management methods which are based on bureaucratic behavior and misuse of power and authority and the fear of the use of technology methods and methods of strategic management. 5 / to be interest in training courses in the field of strategic management. ' 6 /Strategic managers need to achieve the objectives of the bank Baraka of efficiency and effectiveness.
