أثر إتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة في توازن محفظة تأمين السيارات في السودان (دراسة حالة 2019م )

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة وأثرها في توازن محفظة تأمين السيارات , وهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة في توازن محفظة تامين السيارات , تمثلت مشكلة البحث في التساؤلات الآتية : هل توجد علاقة بين اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة وتوازن محفظة تأمين السيارات , ما أثر اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة في الحد من مخاطر تامين محفظة السيارات , ما مدى تأثير اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة في زيادة اكتتاب محفظة تامين السيارات . لأغراض البحث قام الباحث باختبار الفرضيات الآتية : توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة وتوازن محفظة تامين السيارات , يوجد أثر زو دلالة إحصائية بين اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة والحد من مخاطر محفظة تامين السيارات , يوجد تأثير زو دلالة إحصائية بين اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة وزيادة اكتتاب محفظة تامين السيارات . اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليل الإحصائي , وتم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة شملت خطة البحث والدراسات السابقة وثلاثة فصول يحتوي كل فصل على ثلاث مباحث , تناول الفصل الاول الإطار المفاهيمي لتامين السيارات , والفصل الثاني إعادة التامين , اما الفصل الثالث فخصص لدراسة الحالة . ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث , اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة تعمل على توازن محفظة تامين السيارات , وكذلك تحد من مخاطر محفظة تامين السيارات , وتساهم في زيادة معدلات نمو محفظة تأمين السيارات , وايضا تمكن الشركات الصغيرة من زيادة اكتتابها والمنافسة في سوق التامين السوداني . أوصت الدراسة لكي تحقق محفظة تامين السيارات التوازن المطلوب , والتقليل والحد من مخاطر المحفظة , وكذلك زيادة طاقتها الاكتتابية , لابد من الترتيب لاتفاقيات تجاوز الخسارة , وانتهاج التقديرات الإحصائية السليمة لنتائج اتفاقية تجاوز الخسارة , وتدريب موظفي الإصدار والمطالبات في تامين السيارات .

For research purposes, the researcher has tested the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between the loss-loss agreement and the balance of the car insurance portfolio. Cars Insurance . The researcher followed the descriptive approach and statistical analysis, and the research was divided into an introduction that included the the car insurance portfolio. The study aimed to know the effect of the loss-loss agreement on the balance of the car insurance research plan and previous studies and three chapters Each chapter contains three topics, the first chapter dealt with the conceptual framework for auto insurance, and the second chapter reinsurance, while the third chapter is devoted to the case study. Among the most important findings of the research, the loss-exceeding agreement works to balance the car insurance portfolio, as well as limits the risks of the car insurance portfolio, and contributes to increasing the growth rates of the car insurance portfolio, and also enables small companies to increase their underwriting and competition in the Sudanese insurance market. The study recommended that in order for the auto insurance portfolio to achieve the required balance, reduce and reduce the portfolio risks, as well as increase its underwriting capacity, it is necessary to arrange for loss-exceeding agreements, to adopt sound statistical estimates of the results of a loss-loss agreement, and to train issuing and claims personnel in auto insurance.
