Abstract
The title of the Study is “the influence of the
incentive upon the deputy of Zeebart Company”.
The Study consists of a preface. Five chapters and
conclusion, The methodology adopted are state
examination, social survey and statistical conclusion.
Some hypotheses are put to be tested as follows:
1.There are differences among those who hold
isupen/ise posts and their counterparts.
2. Employees always concern by the nature of their
work, as one of the essential incentives.
3. The post determines the amount of an incentive,
and this indicates the dissatisfaction of the servants.
4. The individuals preference to the incentive is not
restricted to the material aspects.
5. The dissatisfaction of the Employees of the
particular -incentive whether it’s inadequate,
unequally distributed or it's lacking; don’t indicates
that, the Employee is not completely satisfy.
A random sample consists of (44) persons was
selected to prove the truth of those hypotheses.
The Study concluded the acceptance of the
hypotheses, which indicates the relation among the
hypotheses variables.
Eventually, the Study recommends the following:
1. A number of people be considered in evaluation, to
avoid the bias.
2. An obvious principles and criteria of the incentive
must be considered, to be know by all workers.
3. An exceptional incentive should be regarded to
promote qualification.
4. The incentive should be soft, renewable and related
to the goals of the workers and administration.
5. The report of the workers should be every three
months so as to be collected of the end of each year
to avoid Employee to be harmed , when he move
from once branch to another.
