دور نظم المعلومات الادارية فى اتخاذ القرارات الإدراية (دراسة حالة بنك التضامن الاسلامي في الفترة من 2012 -2017م)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في إتخاذ القرارات الإدراية تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة فى مشكلة الدراسة عدة تساؤلات أهمها، هل يساعد دعم الإدارة العليا لنظم المعلومات في اتخاذ القرارات الادارية؟ هل مواكبة التكنولوجيا الحديثة في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية؟ هل يؤدي المام الهيكل التنظيمي بنظم التشغيل إلى اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية؟ هدفت الدراسة الي التعرف على نظم المعلومات الإدارية من حيث المفهوم والأهمية والأهداف، التعرف على العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات وإتخاذ القرارات في بنك التضامن الإسلامي، الوصول إلى بعض التوصيات التي قد تساهم في حل المشكلة. وتنبع أهمية الدراسة من أهمية نظم الملعومات ودورها في عملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، وتوفير مرجع للطلاب والباحثين لإجراء مزيد من البحث، وإثراء المكتبة العلمية، وتوفير معلومات يمكن أن تساعد متخذي القرار في إصدار قرارات ملائمة. سعت الدراسة لأختبار صحة الفرضيات التالية: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الإدارة العليا لنظم المعلومات واتخاذ القرارات الادارية، هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الهيكل التنظيمي واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. توصلت الدراسة إلي عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود شبكة لقواعد البيانات يسهم فى اتخاذ القرارات المرجوة للمؤسسة، التركيز على التكنولوجيا وتطوير الآلات يساهم فى اتخاذ القرارات للمؤسسة، استخدام البنوك التجارية لبرامج الحماية المتقدمة يسهم فى اتخاذ القرارات الصائبه للبنوك التجارية . ومن اهم التوصيات التى توصلت اليها الدراسة: توفر الثقة بين العاملين والادارات العليا حتى يتم العمل بالصورة المطلوبة، الاهتمام بالتكنولوجيا المعلومات الادارية يساعد في اتخاذ القرارت بصورة جيدة ودقيقة من قبل الادارة العليا بالمؤسسة.

Abstract

The study discussed the role of managerial information systems on making managerial decisions. The problem of the study was represented in several questions the most important include: Does the supreme management’s support for information systems help in decision making? Does keeping pace with the modern technology contribute to making managerial decisions? Does the organizational structure’s awareness of operational systems lead to making managerial decisions? The study aimed at; identifying the managerial information systems regarding concepts, importance and objectives; identifying the relationship between information systems and making decisions at Tadamon Islamic Bank, it also aimed at concluding recommendations that can contribute to solving the problem. The study significance rises from the importance of information systems and their role on the process of making managerial decisions, from providing students and researchers with useful reference for further studying and enriching the academic library, from providing information that can help decision makers to make appropriate decisions. The study attempted to test the correctness of the following hypotheses: there is a statistically significant relationship between the supreme management of information systems and making managerial decisions, there is a statistically significant relationship between information technology and making managerial decisions, there is a statistically significant relationship between the organizational structure and making managerial decisions. The study concluded several findings the most important are: the availability of data bases worknet contributes to making decisions that required at an organization, focusing on technology and developing of machines contribute to making decisions at an organization, banks’ using of advanced programs of protection contributes to making correct decisions at commercial banks. The most important recommendations of the study are: trust should be available between employees and supreme managements in order the work can be performed as required, attention should be paid to the technology of managerial information because it helps the supreme management of an organization in making decisions well and adequately.
