دور نظم المعلومات في عملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بمؤسسات القطاع العام (دراسة حالة الهيئة القومية للإتصالات السودانية في الفترة من 2014 - 2017م)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aimed to uncover the_ role of Information System in the process of the administrative decisions-making . The problem of the study is represented in recognizing on the long-term the impact with its different types in the decision-making process at the Sudanese National Communication Corporation . The most important hypotheses of the study: there is a statically correlation between the operating information system and the process of the administrative decision -making in the Sudanese National Communication Corporation , there is a statically correlation between the system of the executive decisions supporting information and the process of the administrative decision —making in the Sudanese National Communication Corporation. The researcher analyzed these hypotheses by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPS$) to analyze the study data and to prove the authenticity or non- authenticity of the study hypotheses, the researcher also used the Alpha Cronbach coefficient to test the truth and consistency of the questionnaire, the frequencies and percentages to describe study individuals and to determine their answers rate on the questionnaire phrases, the descriptive statistics (The arithmetic mean and the vein) to arrange the answers of the study individual of the questionnaire phrases in pursuant of the agreement degree, (the standard deviation) to determine the efficiency of the arithmetic mean in representing the data centre, the simple Linear correlation to recognize the relation and the hypotheses test. The most important results of the study including: there is correspond in the sample individuals views, that the use of the operational information system has an impact in the administrative decisions-making related to the Sudanese National Communication Corporation, there is a correspond of the importance of using the information system in supporting the executive decisions in the Sudanese National Communication Corporation has an important and moral impact in the administrative decisions-making. The most important recommendations of the study : the necessary of the concerning on the operational information system in the lower administration despite the positive impact in the process of the administrative decisions-making, despite the efficiency of the administrative decisions-making related to the offices’ system , there should be further concerning of the Sudanese National Communication Corporation of this system and its development in order to keep up with the modern technologies.
