Abstract

المستخلص تمثلت الدراسة في المشاكل التي يعانى منها ديوان الضرائب في عملية الاقرار وسداد الضريبة من قبل المكلفين وكيفية تسهيل عملية السداد وذلك من خلال تصميم نظام يتم من خلاله سداد المكلف ضريبتة من دون اي تدخل من موظفي الضرائب , كما تتناول بعض المواضيع كالتعريف بالحكومة الإلكترونية و مفهوم الاقرار الضريبي. ولقد تم دراسة نظام الاقرار الضريبي حيث تم تحليل النظام القائم حاليا بكاملة, ثم تطوير مقترح جديد يسهل عملية سداد ضريبة الدخل الشخصي من خلال النظام عن طريق الموقع التفاعلي واستخراج كل التقارير المطلوبة لدي ديوان الضرائب من النظام والمتوقعة ومتابعة المكلف منذ تعيينة . ويتفاعل النظام مع المكلفين من خلال الدخول للموقع والتفاعل معه. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإقرارالضريبي _المكلف_نظم دعم القرار Abstract This paper examines the problems faced by the Tax Office. Here we mean the process of acknowledgment of the personal income tax and the process of payment of tax by the taxpayers and how to facilitate the payment process through the design of a system through which the taxpayer pays tax without any interference from tax officials, Some topics such as the definition of e-government and the concept of tax recognition. The system of tax recognition has been studied, where the existing system has been fully analyzed, and a new proposal has been developed which facilitates the process of paying the personal income tax through the system through the interactive website and extracting all the required reports from the system. The system interacts with the taxpayers by entering the site and interacting with it.
