الرضا المهني وسط اختصاصيي علم النفس بمستشفيات الامراض النفسية والعصبية بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على الرضا المهني لإختصاصي علم النفس بمستشفيات الأمراض النفسية والعصبية بولاية الخرطوم في ضوء متغير العمر والنوع والحالة الاجتماعية ، ولتحقيق ذلك إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي وبلغ حجم العينة (76) إختصاصي علم النفس أخذت بالطريقة القصدية، وتم جمع البيانات بإستخدام مقياس الرضا المهني من إعداد الباحث بعد التأكد من خصائصه القياسيه ثم تم تحليل البيانات إحصائياً عبر برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS) بإستخدام إختبار (ت) لمجتمع واحد وإختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين وإختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (أنوفا) وقد خلص البحث إلى أن الرضا المهني يتسم بالإرتفاع ، كما لا توجد فروق في الرضا المهني تبعاً لمتغير العمر والنوع والحالة الاجتماعية لدى إختصاصي علم النفس كما تمت مناقشة النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة وقدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات ومقترحات لبحوث أخري اهمها العمل على رفع القدرات والإمكانات الخاصة وتشجيع التأهيل العلمي لاختصاصي علم النفسي وتوفير الفرص الحياتية التى تدعم بناء الثقة بقدراتهم وتشعرهم بالقدرة على التعامل مع متطلبات الحياة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرضا المهني – علم النفس – اختصاصي علم النفس- ولاية الخرطوم Abstract The aim of the research was to identify the professional satisfaction of the psychologist in the psychiatric and neurological hospitals in Khartoum state in light of the age, gender and social status. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive method. The sample size was (76) taken purposively. The data was analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) using a single- sample T-test, (T) for two independent samples and a one way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research resulted in that that there is no difference in professional satisfaction according to the age, gender and social status of the psychologist. The results were discussed in light of the theoretical framework and the previous studies and the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions for further research important of which is To increase the capacity and special abilities and to encourage the professional education of psychologists and provide opportunities which support their trust of their potentialities and enable them to sense their ability to handle living requirements Keyword: Professional Satisfaction –Phycology - Psychologist - Khartoum State
