التنبؤ باستنباط بعض الأنماط المؤثرة في نتيجة الاساس لولاية غرب دارفور باستخدام تقنيات قواعد الارتباط والتصنيف

Abstract

تم تنفيذ الدراسة في هذا البحث اعتماداً على مراحل منهجية البحث المذكورة في الفصل الاول بالتطبيق على مدرسة ابوبكر الصديق الاساسية بنين بولاية غرب دارفور للنتائج الشهرية لعدد 130 من طلاب الصف الثامن ، وذلك باستخدام تقنية تنقيب البيانات Data Mining بهدف الخروج بمؤشرات لتحديد مستوى الطلاب من واقع السجل الاكاديمي للنتيجة وﻻ سيما أن حجم البيانات و البعد الزمني الكبير نسبياً ﻟﻬـذﻩ البيانات يدعم من نتائج هذا البحث . اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد تم الحصول علي بيانات النتيجة مباشرة من إدارة المدرسة حيث تم استخدام خوارزمية (Apriori) في تقنية قواعد الارتباط ، وخوارزمية (J48) في تقنية التصنيف بأشجار القرار من خلال الأداة تنقيب البيانات WEKA . من أهم النتائج التى توصلت اليها الدراسة هي التنبؤ ببعض الأنماط المؤثرة في نتائج الامتحانات الشهرية والحصول على مؤشرات تحدد مواضع القوة والضعف في المواد الدراسية التي تدعم فاعلية وكفائة دعم صناعة القرار في عمليات النتيجة . خلص البحث الى وجود نمط كبير يمكن أن يعطى مؤشراً يمكن في استكشاف مواضع القوة والضعف لدى الطلاب في المواد الدراسية بغرض وضع الخطط والاستراتيجيات اللازمة والتنبؤ بفرص التحسين المستقبلي لدرجات نتيجة الامتحان النهائية .

Abstract: The study was carried out according to the stages of the research methodology mentioned in the first chapter by applying to Abu-BakrAl-Siddiq Basic School for Boys at West Darfur State by using Data Mining Technology, it applied on the monthly exams results of the Eighth Class students, it aims to find out indicators for determining the level of students from the academic record of the result , particularly the data size and the relatively large time dimension of these data are supported by the results of this research. The research followed the analytical descriptive method, the basic data has been collected directly from the school administration, the research used algorithm of correlation technique, it used J48 algorithm with decision tree technology usage through WEKA data mining tool. The most important results of the study are to predict some patterns affecting the results of the monthly examinations in order to obtain indicators to determine the strengths and weaknesses in the subjects that support the effectiveness and efficiency to support decisions of the result operations. The research concluded that there is a large pattern that can be given an indication that students strengths and weaknesses can be explored in the subjects in order to develop plans and strategies to improve the achievement of the final exam scores.
