Vitamin B12 Model Complexes: Synthesis and Characterization of Thiocyanato Cobaloximes

Abstract

ABSTRACT Cobaloximes of the type SCNCo(DH2)L have been prepared where (DH= dimethyl glyoxime) L= 4-amino phenazone, benzidine, valine, and urea. All the above mentioned complexes were characterized by 1H NMR, IR spectroscopy. The obtained have good agreement with regional and global literature.
