dc.description.abstractMost of the institutes, companies and corporations in the Sudanese market have many systems, but most of those systems are isolated and there is no exchange of information. As an Example of such systems are OpenERP and OpenKM systems which are Implemented in Electricity Company in Sudan, in these systems the user can attach document to OpenERP system and the same document will attach again into OpenKM system and that is not good practice. In this Paper Analytical Description Methodology and open source programs are used by describing and clarifying the Problem and add a middle layer between Two systems without restructuring them. The paper finds that by add middle layer, systems can pass data and perform transactions to each other in less time and cost.en_US
