محاسبة الموارد البشرية ودورها في دعم الميزة التنافسية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المصارف السودانية

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة محاسبة الموارد البشرية ودوها في دعم الميزة التنافسية، هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم محاسبة الموارد البشرية والميزة التنافسية في المصارف التجارية، توضيح فوائد الموارد البشرية والعمل على تحسين آداء العاملين بالمنشآة، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل التالي : ما هو الدور الذي تلعبه محاسبة الموارد داخل المنظمة والتي بدورها يؤدي إلى تحقيق ميزة تنافسية خاصة للمنظمة، تستمد الدراسة من خلال تناوله لموضوع يتعلق بإبراز مهارات وخبرات الأفراد العاملين في المنظمة وإعطائها إستحقاقتها الطبيعية والتي بدورها تؤدي إلى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية داخل المنظمة، كذلك تظهر الأهمية العملية في إرشاد الإدارة بتطبيق محاسبة الموارد للحصول على الميزة التنافسية.استناداً على مشكلة الدراسة تمت صياغة الفرضيات التالية:توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين محاسبة الموارد البشرية والسعر التنافسي.توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين محاسبة الموارد البشرية والجودة .توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين محاسبة الموارد البشرية وتخفيض التكاليف.توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها : وجدتعلاقة إجابية بين محاسبة الموارد البشرية والسعر التنافسي، ساعدت محاسبة الموارد البشريةتعيين موظفين أكفاء يتميزون بمهارات عالية وخبرات متقدمة. أوصت الدراسة ب:ضرورة الإهتمام بتوفير معلومات تساعد على رفع كفاءة إستخدمات الموارد البشرية. تحديث معارف ومهارات القوى العاملة نظراً للتغييرات المتسارعة في الظروف الإقتصادية وتحقيق الجودة .

Abstract The study dealt with human resources accounting and its role in supporting competitive advantage, the study aimed to identify the concept of human resources accounting and competitive advantage in commercial banks, clarify the benefits of human resources and work to improve the performance of employees in the facility, and the study problem was represented in the following question: What is the role played by accounting Resources within the organization, which in turn leads to achieving a special competitive advantage for the organization, the study derives by addressing a topic related to highlighting the skills and experiences of individuals working in the organization and giving them their natural entitlement, which in turn leads to achieving competitive advantage within the organization, as well as showing the practical importance in guiding management to apply resource accounting To gain a competitive advantage. Based on the study problem, the following hypotheses were formulated: There is a statistically significant relationship between human resources accounting and competitive price. There is a statistically significant relationship between human resource accounting and quality. There is a statistically significant relationship between human resource accounting and cost reduction. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: A positive relationship was found between human resources accounting and the competitive price. Human resources accounting helped to recruit qualified employees with high skills and advanced experiences. The study recommended: It is necessary to pay attention to providing information that helps to raise the efficiency of human resource uses. Updating the knowledge and skills of the workforce in view of the rapid changes in economic conditions and achieving quality.
