أثر الإفصاح عن عناصر التنمية المستدامة في دعم الميزة التنافسية (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الشركات الصناعية السودانية)

Abstract

المستخلص تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للشركات في الاسواق أصبح من الامور الضرورية، ومن ثم فان إفصاح الشركات الصناعية السودانية عن عناصر التنمية المستدامة (البيئية, والاجتماعية, والاقتصادية), بإمكانه دعم الميزة التنافسية لتلك الشركات مما يزيد من حصتها السوقية. هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الافصاح عن عناصر التنمية المستدامة والميزة التنافسية، بالاضافة الى معرفة العلاقة بين عناصر التنمية المستدامة (البيئية، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية) ودعم الميزة التنافسية. تكمن اهمية الدراسة في توضيح العلاقة بين عناصر التنمية المستدامة (البيئية، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية) في دعم الميزة التنافسية للشركات الصناعية السودانية، ومعرفة اثر الافصاح عن عناصر التنمية المستدامة على الاقتصاد القومي. ولحل مشكلة الدراسة قام الباحث باختبار الفرضيات الآتية: الفرضية الأولى: "توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإفصاح عن عنصر التنمية البيئي ودعم الميزة التنافسية"، والفرضية الثانية: "توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإفصاح عن عنصر التنمية الاجتماعي ودعم الميزة التنافسية"، والفرضية الثالثة: "توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإفصاح عن عنصر التنمية الاقتصادي ودعم الميزة التنافسية". إعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي لدراسة لتوضيح دور الافصاح عن عناصر التنمية المستدامة في دعم الميزة التنافسية، توصلت الدراسة الى ان الافصاح عن عناصر التنمية المستدامة (البيئية، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية) يؤدي على دعم الميزة التنافسية. واوصت الدراسة بزيادة مستوى اهتمام المنشأت الصناعية السودانية بالافصاح عن عناصر التنمية المستدامة لضمان دعم الميزة التنافسية، وضرورة نشر مفهوم الافصاح عن عنصر التنمية المستدامة على المستويين الاكاديمي والمهني، وضرورة زيادة مساهمت المنشأت الصناعية السودانية في الجوانب البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية لزيادة مستوى الافصاح عن تلك المسؤليات ضمن تقاريرها السنوية.

Abstract The problem of the study was that achieving the competitive advantage of companies in the markets became necessary. Thus, the disclosure of the elements of sustainable development (environmental, social and economic) by the Sudanese industrial companies can enhance the competitive advantage of these companies. The study aimed to identify the elements of sustainable development and competitive advantage, as well as the relationship between elements of sustainable development (environmental, social, economic) and support the competitive advantage. The importance of the study came from clarify the relationship between the elements of sustainable development (environmental, social and economic) in supporting the competitive advantage of the Sudanese industrial companies and to know the impact of the disclosure of elements of sustainable development on the national economy. To solve the problem of the study, the researcher tested the following hypotheses: The first hypothesis: "There is a statistically significant relationship between the disclosure of the element of environmental development and the support of competitive advantage." The second hypothesis: "There is a statistically significant relationship between the disclosure of the element of social development and the promotion of competitive advantage." The third hypothesis: "There is a statistically significant relationship between the disclosure of the element of economic development and the support of competitive advantage." The study relied on the descriptive approach to clarify the role of disclosure of elements of sustainable development in support of competitive advantage. The study concluded that, the disclosure of elements of sustainable development (environmental, social, economic) leads to support the competitive advantage. The study recommended increasing the level of interest of the Sudanese industrial establishments in disclosing the elements of sustainable development to ensure the support of competitive advantage, the need to spread the concept of disclosure of the sustainable development component at the academic and vocational levels, and the need to increase the contribution of Sudanese industrial establishments in the environmental, social and economic aspects to increase the level of disclosure of these responsibilities in its annual reports.
