Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، وقد اصاغ الباحث مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي،هل هنالك علاقة بين نظم المعلومات وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالشركة وقد تفرعت منه الاسئلة ، ما هي المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق الميزة التنافسية؟.هل يؤدي استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية إلى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية من خلال اتخاذ القرارات الادارية الصحيحة؟.هل تضع الادارة بشركة الاتصالات السعودية اهمية بالنسبة لنظم المعلومات الادارية في عملية تميزها الاداري؟.هدف البحث إلى ، دراسة أهمية نظم المعلومات الادارية في المنشات وأنواعها.التعرف على مفهوم النظام المتكامل للمعلومات الإدارية وأهميته في عملية تحقيق الميزة التنافسية .التعرف على المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق النظام المتكامل للمعلومات والإدارية ودورها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية.دراسة اثر نظم المعلومات الادارية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في شركة الاتصالات السعودية.تأتي أهمية البحث من معرفة ما إذا كان لنظم المعلومات الإدارية أثر في تحسين أداء المنظمة ككل واتخاذ القرارات بصورة خاصة. وذلك للدور الذي أصبحت تقوم به هذه النظم الادارية في تسيير أنشطة المنظمات وبالتالي ياتي تحقيق الميزة التنافسية من خلال توفير بيئة ادارية سليمة قادرة على تذليل المشاكل والصعوبات الادارية وبنية معلوماتية تساهم في تطوير العمل وجعل الشركة تاخذ مكانة جيدة بين الشركات المتنافسة. يتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي دراسة الحالة.من خلال ذلك توصل الباحث الى عدد من النتائج منها ،ان الشركة تتعامل في اسلوبها الاداري بشمولية كبيرة مراعية كل جوانب الشركة المادية والبشرية والتخطيط لتطوير العمل.ان للشركة ادارة خاصة بنظم المعلومات الادارية تقوم بتنفيذ الاعمال الادارية ووضع الخطط والبرامج المنفذة.ان البيئة التقنية بالشركة تواكب التقدم التقني وذلك من خلال تطوير انظمة الجيل الرابع في تقنيات الشركة.ووصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات منها ، ضرورة ان تتعامل الشركة في اسلوبها الاداري بشمولية كبيرة مراعية كل جوانب الشركة المادية والبشرية والتخطيط لتطوير العمل.ضرورة توفير معينات مادية اجود من المتوفرة لدى الشركات الاخرى وذلك حسب متطلبات سوق العمل والمنافسة بصورة قوية.ضرورة تاهيل الكوادر وتدريبها حتى تعمل على تقديم الخدمات بالصورة المطلوبة.

Abstract The study discussed the role of administrative information systems in creating a competitive quality. The researcher formed the problem of the research in the following central question, is there a relation between information systems and the creation of the competitive quality in a company?. and from that question came the following questions, what are the obstacles that hinder the creation of the competitive quality? Does the use of information systems lead to the creation of the competitive quality through taking the appropriate administrative decisions? Does the management of the Saudi Telecommunication Company consider information systems necessary for its administrative success? The research aimed to study the importance of information systems in the facilities, their types, getting to know the concept of integrated system of administrative information and its importance to the creation of the competitive quality and studying the role of administrative information systems in achieving the competitive quality in Saudi Telecommunication Company. The importance of the research comes from the fact that it tries to know whether administrative information systems have a role in enhancing the performance of the facility as a whole and decision making in particular, and that because of the role that these administrative systems play now in running the activities of organizations, and then comes the creation of the competitive quality by the provision of a proper administrative environment capable of solving administrative problems and hardships and also the presence of an information structure that helps improve the work and making the company take a good place among the competing companies. The researcher used the descriptive analytic approach and the deductive approach and the case study approach. Through that the researcher came to a number of conclusions, some of which are that the company in its administrative approach deals with a holistic way taking in mind all the aspects of the company; financial and human, and planning to improve their work, and that the company has a department for administrative information systems that carries the administrative work and planning and deciding on the programs to be applied, and that the technological environment of the company is up to date with the technological advancements through the use of fourth generation 4G systems in the company’s techniques. The researcher made a number of recommendations, some of these are: the necessity for a company to act with a bigger holistic way in its administrative approach taking in consideration all the aspects of the company; financial and human, and planning to improve their work, and also the necessity of providing material assistance and equipment that is better than what is used in other companies, and that in accordance with the requirements of the market and having stronger competitiveness, and also the necessity to qualify and train cadres so they would carry the services in the way they are needed to be.
