dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify information systems quality standards, and information quality characteristics that make a crucial factor in decision making efficiency and quality. Furthermore, this study has created a model to test non-functional standards of information systems according to ISO/IEC 25010 & IEEE, this model will clarify the relationship between information systems quality in universities and information quality on one hand, and high quality efficient decision making on the other. The researcher used UML and PHP5 in order to measure non-functional standards of information systems; the researcher also conducted an evaluation process of the current system of Al-Neelen University through electronic survey measuring information systems quality, information quality and decision making efficiency that focused on the following points: 1- Information quality in Al-Neelen University and compliance with standards 2- Extracted information quality from university systems 3- Decision making efficiency and quality Statistical analysis was used in order to evaluate the results of the survey; the researcher used applied approach to conduct the results. This study raise the issue of improving decision quality and efficiency in university various academic and managerial levels through information systemsen_US
