أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة على أداء قطاع الصناعات الغذائية السودانية (دراسة حالة مجموعة شركات معاوية البرير للصناعات الغذائية)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة على أداء قطاع الصناعات الغذائية السودانية بالتطبيق على مجموعة شركات معاوية البرير للصناعات الغذائية، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمجموعة، ويرى الباحث أن المشكلة تتمثل في تحديات المواءمة بين الجودة والتكلفة وكذلك كيفية زيادة قناعة الإدارة العليا بتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة ونشر ثقافتها بالمجموعة وكذلك إزالة كافة المعوقات التي تعيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كافة المراحل. واختبرت الدراسة العديد من الفرضيات أهمها: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين قناعة الإدارة العليا بتطبيق الجودة الشاملة وكفاءة الأداء بمجموعة شركات معاوية البرير للصناعات الغذائية وكذلك هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ثقافة العاملين بتطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة وجودة المنتجات بمجموعة شركات معاوية البرير للصناعات الغذائية. وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن هنالك ارتباط طردي وسيط بين قناعة الإدارة العليا بتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء في المجتمع موضع الدراسة، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ثقافة العاملين وتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأداء بمجموعة شركات معاوية البرير. كشفت الدراسة أن الإدارة العليا لمجموعة شركات معاوية البرير لديها إلمام بمفاهيم ومبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة. أوصت الدراسة جميع الباحثين والمهتمين بإدارة الجودة الشاملة بعمل مزيد من الدراسات والبحوث التي تخدم الصناعات التحويلية في السودان وبث ثقافة الجودة الشاملة في جميع مؤسسات الدولة، كما أوصت الدراسة بأن يجب النظر إلى إدارة الجودة الشاملة بأنها عملية متكاملة تشمل وتخدم جميع الأنشطة والوظائف على شكل سلسلة وأي خلل في أي حلقة يعتبر نقطة ضعف تؤثر في الجودة الكلية للمجموعة.

Abstract: The study aimed to indentify the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) on the performance of Sudanese Food Industries Sector, applied by Moawia Al Birar food industry Co. group, also identify on the challenges faced the TQM in the Group, the researcher saw that, the problem presented in twins challenges between quality and cost, also how to increase the acceptance of the superior administration to apply TOM and spread its culture in the Group. Also remove all challenges that faced TQM in all its stages. The study tested many hypotheses, the importance one: there is a statistical correlation between the acceptance of the superior management and applying TQM and the performance efficiency in Moawia Al Birar food industry Co. group, also a significant statistical correlation between the employment with applying TQM and product quality of Moawia Al Birar food industry Co. group. The study achieved many findings as there is a direct correlation that there is a mediator relation between the superior management and applying TOM and the performance in the community of the study, there is a significance statistical relation between the employees culture and applying TQM and performance of Moawia Al Birar food industry Co. group. The study revealed that the superior management of Moawia Al Birar food industry Co. group has a great knowledge of the concept and principal of TQM. The study recommended that all researchers and interested with TQM must worked for more studies and researches about TQM that benefited the manufactured industries in Sudan and spread the culture of TQM in all the state institutions, also the study recommended to get view of TQM as an integrated operation include and serve all activities and functions shaped as a series and any damage in any loop will be a weak point that effect on the Total Quality of the group.
