The Personalization Concept in Neural Networks and E-Learning: A Review

Abstract

A large amount of learning resources is available on the net which makes it a difficult process for users and learners to decide which matches his/her needs. Personalization is not a new concept in Neural Networks or in E-Learning. Artificial Neural Networks has a great significance in personalization and E-Learning by giving suggestions to users and learners based on their preferences and all of this with less time and effort. This paper discusses the concept of personalization which has an importance in finding what user needs from learning resources by using neural networks. المستخلص: نظرا" لتوفر كمية هائلة من المصادر التعليمية على الشبكة، فمن الصعب على المستخمين والمتعلمين إيجاد ما يطابق إحتياجاتهم. الاستشخاص ليس بالمفهوم الجديد في الشبكات العصبية أوفي التعليم الالكتروني، وللشبكات العصبية دور مهم في الاستشخاص والتعليم الالكتروني من خلال تزويد المستخدمين والمتعلمين بمقترحات معتمدة على ما يفضلونه بأقل وقت وجهد. هذا البحث يناقش مفهوم الاستشخاص والذي له دور في إيجاد إحتياجات المستخدم من المصادر التعليمية باستخدام الشبكات العصبية.
