Abstract

The study examined the historical development of local government in the Darfur region, across stages outstanding starting from the stage of local government in the era of the Sultanate of first immediately through Egyptian Turkish then Mahdia stage then the era immediately Sultanate second, led by Ali Dinar, through the experience of bilateral governance and subdivisions to Darfur to five centers in the form of points Covenant administrative.
