التوزيع المكاني للخدمات الصحية في محليتي الدمازين والرصيرص بولاية النيل الأزرق - السودان باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية والإستشعار عن بعد

Abstract

المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة تحليل التوزيع المكاني للخدمات الصحية في محليتي الدمازين والروصيرص بولاية النيل الأزرق - السودان باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية والإستشعار عن بعد. وتهدف إلى معرفة مدى توافقها لمعايير التخطيط التي تلبي احتياجات المجتمع المحلي في محليتي الدمازين والروصيرص. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الإقليمي والوصفي والتحليلي. وتم استخدام جهاز تحديد المواقع العالمي GPS)) في مسح وتحديد إحداثيات مواقع الخدمات الصحية بمنطقة الدراسة، وبيانات التعداد السكاني القومي الخامس (2008م) لتحديد كثافة السكان وتوزيعهم الجغرافي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الخدمات الصحية بمنطقة الدراسة غير كافية لتلبية حاجات المستفيدين وتعاني من سوء التوزيع ، بجانب أن هناك مناطق تقع خارج نطاق التغطية الصحية، حيث يقطع السكان مسافة أكثر من5) ) كيلومترات للوصول إليها. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحقيق العدالة في توزيع الخدمات الصحية وتأهيل المؤسسات الصحية لتلبي حاجة السكان. والعمل علي ايجاد قاعدة بيانات تعتمد علي التقنية الحديثة لتسهيل تدفق التغذية الراجعة عن الاداء وبرامج المؤسسات الصحية المختلفة، وربطها بمراكز المعلومات الصحية الدولية. هذا مع ضرورة تفعيل المشاركة الشعبية في عمليات تخطيط المؤسسات الصحية في منطقة الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخدمات الصحية - التوزيع المكاني - محلية الدمازين - محلية الروصيرص - نظم المعلومات الجغرافية - الاستشعار عن بعد. Abastract: The study dealt with spatial distribution analysis for health services in EL Damazeen and EL Ruseris localities in Bule Nile state – Sudan using GIS and remote sensing. The research aims to identify the comply of health services with planing standards that meet the needs of the local community in EL Damazeen and EL Ruseris localities. The study applied the regional, descriptive and analytical approach. Glopal Positioning Sestem (G P S) was use to survey and dermine coordinates and locations of heath services in the study area. The Study also used the national fifth population census data of the year 2008 to determin population density and distributed. The study showed that the health services in the study area were insufficient to meet the needs of beneficiaries and were poorly distribution, beside that there were some areas located out of health services where the residents needs more than 5 kilometers walking distance to reach the health service center. The study recommended that the necessity of achieving justice in the distribution of health services and rehabilition of health institiutions to meet the needs of the population. The study also recommend establishing database that depend on modern technology to facilitate the flow of the feedback of performance and programs of various health institutions and linking them to international heath information centers. More over the study recommended that necessity to activate popular participation in the planing of heath institutions in study area.
