Abstract

Back ground: Family planning services are important issue in promoting health of mothers, children, families and communities. It improves health through adequate spacing of pregnancies and avoiding pregnancy at high-risk groups. The overall objective: The overall objective of the study was to assess the clients' satisfaction with the quality of family planning services provided.
