دور الآليات الداخلية للحوكمة في تخفيض مشكلات التوريق (دراسة ميدانية على المراجعين الخارجيين السودانيين)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور الآليات الداخلية للحوكمة في تخفيض مشكلات التوريق، هدفت الدراسة إلى إختبار أثر العلاقة بين الآليات الداخلية للحوكمة المتمثلة في (مجلس الإدارة والمراجعة الداخلية ولجان المراجعة) وتخفيض مشكلات القياس لأنشطة التوريق، أعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، أستخدمت الدراسة أداة الإستبانة لجمع البيانات من المراجعين الخارجيين السودانيين، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الآليات الداخلية للحوكمة المتمثلة في (مجلس الإدارة، المراجعة الداخلية، لجان المراجعة) ساهمت في تخفيض مشكلات القياس عن أنشطة التوريق، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إن تقوم المراجعة الداخلية كآلية لحوكمة الشركات بضمان فاعلية أداء الرقابة الداخلية وتنفيذ إجراءات الخطط الموضوعة بالشركة. Abstract The study examined the role of the internal mechanisms of governance in reducing the problems of securitization. The study aimed at examining the effect of the relationship between the internal mechanisms of governance (the board of directors, internal audit and audit committees) and reducing the measurement problems of securitization activities. The study concluded that the internal governance mechanisms (Board of Directors, Internal Audit, and Audit Committees) contributed to reducing the measurement problems of securitization activities. The study recommended that the review Cell mechanism for corporate governance to ensure the effectiveness of internal control performance and implementation of plans for the company's procedures.
