المراجعة المستمرة ودورها في تقليل المخاطر المالية في الشركات المتعاملة بالتجارة الإلكترونية (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الشركات المتعاملة بالتجارة الإلكترونية)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور المراجعة المستمرة ودورها في تقليل المخاطر المالية للشركات المتعاملة بالتجارة الإلكترونية وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في عدة تساؤلات أهمها هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المراجعة المستمرة ومخاطر الإئتمان في ظل التجارة الإلكترونية وهل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المراجعة المستمرة ومخاطر السيولة في ظل التجارة الإكترونية وهل توجه علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المراجعة المستمرة ومخاطر السوق في ظل التجارة الإلكترونية، وهدفت الدراسة إلى بيان العلاقة التي تربط بين المراجعة المستمرة ومخاطر الإئتمان في ظل التجارة الإلكترونية وأفترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المراجعة المستمرة ومخاطرالإئتمان في ظل التجارة الإلكترونية ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المراجعة المستمرة ومخاطر السيولة في ظل التجارة الإلكترونية و وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المراجعة المستمرة ومخاطر السوق في ظل التجارة الإلكترونية، وأستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الإستنباطي للتعرف على أبعاد المشاكل المرتبطة بموضوع البحث ووضع الفروض والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال إسلوب دراسة الحالة وإستخدام إستمارة الإستبيان وتحليلها بالطرق الرياضية والإحصائية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن وجود اهتمام معتاظم لدي المصارف السودانية المدرجة لسوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية لمعالجة مخاطر المالية وايضاً يوجد اهتمام متعاظم لدي المصارف السودانية المدرجة في سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية لتطبيق نظام المراجعة المستمرة . وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة أهتمام بتطبيق أسلوب المراج عة المستمرة بالمصارف السودانيية المدرجة بسوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية لما لها من فوائد عظيمة ، أن العمل لايجاد آلية للحد من مخاطر خصوصية المعلومات المنشورة إلكترونياً لدي اللمصارف السودانية المدرجة لسوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية.

Abstract The study dealt with the role of continuous review and its role in reducing the financial risks of companies dealing with e-commerce. The problem of the study was represented in several questions, the most important of which is whether there is a statistically significant relationship between continuous review and credit risk in light of e-commerce and is there a statistically significant relationship between continuous review and liquidity risk in light of trade Is there a statistically significant relationship between continuous review and market risk under e-commerce? The study aimed to demonstrate the relationship between continuous review and credit risk in light of e-commerce. The study assumed a statistically significant relationship between continuous review and credit risk in light of e-commerce and the existence of a relationship Statistical significance between continuous review and liquidity risk in light of e-commerce and the existence of a statistically significant relationship between continuous review and market risks in light of e-commerce, and the study used the deductive approach to identify the dimensions of the problems associated with the research topic, develop hypotheses and a descriptive analytical approach through the case study method and the use of Form Questionnaire and analyze it by mathematical and statistical methods. The study concluded that there is a growing interest in the Sudanese banks listed in the Khartoum Stock Exchange to deal with financial risks, and also there is growing interest in the Sudanese banks listed in the Khartoum Stock Exchange to implement the continuous review system. The study recommends the need to pay attention to the application of the continuous review method in the Sudanese banks listed in the Khartoum Stock Exchange because of its great benefits. Working to find a mechanism to reduce the risks of privacy of the information published electronically with the Sudanese banks listed in the Khartoum Stock Exchange.
