أثرتقنية المعلومات علي أداء المواردالبشرية دراسة حالة: بنك الشمال الإسلامي

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يهدف هذا البحث إلي معرفة المعوقات والمشاكل التي تحول دون إستخدام الموارد البشرية لكنولوجيا المعلومات المتاحة ببنك الشمال الإسلامي بكفاءة عالية ؛ وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في السؤال التالي(ماهي الأسباب التي تحول دون قدرة العاملين علي الإستفادة القصوي من تقنية المعلومات المتوفرة ببنك الشمال الإسلامي) ؛ وينص أهم فروض هذا البحث علي( إن عدم قدرة بنك الشمال الإسلامي علي إستخدام تقنية المعلومات المتوفرة بكفاءة عالية يرجع إلي عدم كفاية تدريب العاملين في مجال تكنلوجيا المعلومات) ؛ومن خلال تحليل وتقييم بيانات بنك الشمال الإسلامي تم التوصل إلي أهم النتائج حيث تنص علي(عدم كفاية تدريب العاملين ببنك الشمال الإسلامي في مجال تقنية المعلومات أدي إلي عدم إستخدام نظام تقنية المعلومات بكفاءة وفاعلية عالية ) ؛ وبناءاً علي هذه النتيجة تم التوصيه بأنه يجب علي إدارة بنك الشمال الإسلامي الإهتمام بتدريب العاملين في مجال تقنية المعلومات. يتكون البحث من ثلاثة فصول وخاتمة ؛ الفصل الأول عبارة عن خطة البحث وتناول الفصل الثاني مفاهيم إدارة الموارد البشرية ، كما تناول مفهوم تقنية المعلومات ومجالات إستخدامها في منظمات الأعمال ، أما الفصل الثالث فيحتوي علي الدراسة الميدانية وتحليل البيانات ، وتحتوي الخاتمة علي النتائج والتوصيات.

Abstract

This research aims to know the obstacles and problems that prevent the usage of the human resources for the available information technology in AL- shamal Islamic Bank with high efficiency. The research problem is represented in the following question: what are the reasons that stand against the ability of the workers to make the maximum benefit from the available information technology in AL- shamal Islamic Bank ?. The most significant hypotheses of this research states that: the inability of AL- shamal Islamic Bank to use the available information technology field. Through the data analysis and assessment of al- shamal Islamic Bank , the research reached the results of which the most important one is : Insufficiency of the workers training in AL- shamal Islamic Bank in the information technology field led to the non-usage of the information technology system with high efficiency and effectively . Due to this result, the research recommends that, the AL- shamal Islamic administration should how to care for the workers training in the information technology field. The research wasorganizedin three chapters and conclusion .Chapter One deals with the research plan, Chapter Towis about the concepts of the human resources management, besides the concept of the information technology and its field of usage in the business organization .Whereas,Chapter three comprises the field study and the data analysis , the conclusion contain the results and the recommendations.
